Providing your employees with the best medical care makes sound business sense and through our partnership with Cigna, one of the world’s largest health insurance companies, Hollard Mozambique is able to offer fully, locally admitted, Pan-African health insurance solutions for multinationals operating in Africa.
Targeted at local and expatriate employees, we have a range of products to ensure that comprehensive medical support is available to suit the needs of your business and the people who rely on you to provide for their healthcare.
For expatriates on international assignments who have comprehensive healthcare back home (and typically receive their day-to-day health treatment there on home visits) but experience a medical emergency or require intensive treatment for a chronic illness while they are away.
This ‘stop-gap’ cover includes medical stabilisation, in the hospital if necessary and then transportation back to their country of origin.
For smaller international organisations who seek access to private healthcare for their middle-tier executives to take care of serious health problems. Inpatient Evac covers medical emergencies and the diagnosis and treatment of major conditions, such as cancer but to make it more affordable, excludes day-to-day outpatient costs. However, if appropriate treatment is not available locally, employees will be given access to treatment out of the country.
For senior local and expatriate executives, this select product provides complete peace of mind that they are covered for any serious health issues and emergencies.
Typically, this product suits businesses with an appetite for expansion in Africa and with smaller, fledgeling operations in other countries.
