It’s important your insurance broker has this cover so you’re protected if there are ever any issues with the way they’ve handled your business.  

All Hollard Mozambique’s accredited brokers must have the appropriate licence but it’s a good idea to ask for proof of their professional credentials and some info about their experience and the kind of clients they serve. 

Relationships are important to Hollard and, as you know, every healthy relationship involves regular and effective communication.  So ask how often you can expect to hear from them (.. annually? .. every time there’s a policy change?) and whether they’ll be  in touch with a call, a letter or a visit.

Sometimes claims can get complicated and, if they do, you need to know your insurance broker is in your corner.  Find out exactly what you can expect them to handle for you.  (We expect our brokers to be involved every step of the way, no matter how difficult things get.)

Unfortunately, insurance events don’t keep office hours and stuff can happen anytime.  We hope it doesn’t but, when it does, you need to be able to reach your insurance broker pronto.
