Hollard Mozambique acknowledges these concerns and offers customers who have already purchased a Hollsure Third-Party Insurance policy a refund for the policy OR the opportunity to update the inception date of the policy.
The process is as simple as sending an email to Hollard Mozambique at info@hollard.co.mz, and our friendly staff will assist you by changing or cancelling the policy.
Please note: Unfortunately, Hollard Mozambique cannot simply reverse any charges immediately and therefore requests customers to send their banking details, as well as the certificate number, in the email. The refund will then be processed within 48 hours after we receive your request.
