Among activities carried out, rebounding, Pilates, and yoga sessions, as well as meditation, stood out. Health screenings were provided by a team of qualified medical professionals, along with activations for all on the cutting-edge wellness app, HealthMov.
This digital application allows users to monitor their health status and is part of Hollard's preventive services. “Our application is an essential tool for members to monitor their well-being in a regular and accessible way,” said Bruna Quintas, General Director of Employee Benefits at Hollard Moçambique. Available to all Hollard Health members as part of their Preventative Care benefits, it acts as a personal well-being coach.
The event also featured a variety of experiential activities aligned with Hollard Health's Pillars of Wellness. There were plant-based cooking demonstrations, physical activity challenges, cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures, and workshops on toxin-free living and skin care.
“We want to encourage our members to explore new health and well-being habits and this event is a way to motivate them in that direction”, said Bruna Quintas. The initiative was more than just a leisure opportunity, serving as a space to explore new ways to improve the quality of life. The environment was reinforced by the presence of a fair where participants could purchase health and well-being products, expanding the self-care experience. The day ended with an Afrobeat-style musical performance.
This is the second time that Hollard Health hosted the Annual Wellness Day, which aims to integrate health and prevention into the care of its members. The event begins to establish itself as a tradition at Hollard, consolidating the insurer's role as a driver of health and vitality in Mozambique.
