Hollard Vida Companhia de Seguros, S.A. is transferring its life insurance portfolio to Global Alliance Seguros, S.A. as part of a merger between the two insurers. The transfer is subject to approval by the Insurance Supervision Institute of Mozambique (ISSM). Your insurance policy, including its terms, conditions and premiums, will remain unchanged. If you wish to object, you may do so within 60 days from the date of receipt of the notification letter. If your objection is submitted within the prescribed period and accepted, you may terminate your policy.
