As part of a regulatory requirement linked to the integration and merger of Hollard Vida Companhia de Seguros, S.A., Hollard Seguros, S.A., and Global Alliance Seguros, S.A. under Project Fusion, with Global Alliance having been part of the Hollard Group since April 2025, the life insurance portfolio is being aligned under a single insurance licence.
This is a formal and mandatory legal step required for regulatory and licensing purposes, and it does not represent any change to your insurance policy or your relationship with Hollard.
This step is purely a regulatory and legal requirement to align the insurance operations under a single licence within the Hollard Moçambique Group. It does not affect your policy, your benefits, or your experience as a Hollard customer.
The process remains subject to approval by the Insurance Supervision Institute of Mozambique (ISSM).
If you wish to exercise your right to object, you may do so within 60 days from the date of receipt of this notification, in accordance with the applicable legislation. If you do not object, no further action is required from you. We reiterate that this procedure arises from a mandatory regulatory requirement and does not imply any change to your policy, your benefits, or your relationship with Hollard.
