Simple steps to keep the insurance claim process painless and hassle-free

First, we’re sorry you’ve had an experience that makes a claim necessary and if you need medical, legal or counselling support, we hope you’ve sought it.

It’s important that you contact your broker as soon as you possibly can to alert them to what’s happened, so we can get the claim process started and if you need any help, they’ll be happy to provide it.

Step 1

Notify Hollard Mozambique of your claim ASAP

Contact us via any of the channels and make sure you receive a claim number.  This will be your proof that the claim has been registered on our system and is an important reference number you’ll need to quote later in the process.

Step 2

Download and complete the relevant claim form

There are different forms for different types of claims, and we’ve made them as quick and easy to complete as possible.  Just click on the appropriate form, listed here, and fill out your personal details.  

STEP 3

Submit the completed form and ALL required documentation and info

Please understand that we cannot process any claim without all the relevant information, so it is important that you get it back to us via one of these channels, as soon as possible:
