It’s important that you contact your broker as soon as you possibly can to alert them to what’s happened, so we can get the claim process started and if you need any help, they’ll be happy to provide it.
Contact us via any of the channels and make sure you receive a claim number. This will be your proof that the claim has been registered on our system and is an important reference number you’ll need to quote later in the process.
